I have just received an Avanti 928 Swing arm treadmill but it will not fit through the door to get it into the house. Can the walking platform or the bottom support frame be detached to enable it to fit through the doorway?

Hello, I also have a 928 and we removed the top section to get it through the door. Do you by any chance have the user manual as I was hoping you could scan a page for me.

try to LUBE the deck belt, with silicones or wax, . If the problem persist TIME to replace the old deck board. However, adjust The REED switch + speed sensor.. See the owner manual for to locatea. otherwise download free from

If the walking belt slips when walked on. Using the allen wrench, turn both rear roller bolts clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is correctly tightened, you should be able to lift each side of the walking belt 3 to 4 inches off the walking platform. Be careful to keep the walking belt centered. Carefully walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.
