I can't figure out how to open the roundup pump and go container so I can refill the stupid thing.

After trying for long time this works for me. Let all the air out. Remove the blue cover, (snap it off). I use my letter opener to pry around the cap a little and some air came out. When I turn the cap counter clockwise it opened easily. Try this, don't give up.
