If you are a little bit handy, fo to your auto parts store and get a small fiberglass body repair kit. Read the directions. Make sure you have the edges of the crack smooth and level with each other. Cut a piece of the cloth that comes in the kit that will cover the crack. Carefully mix the resin and hardener that comes in the kit. Then working quickly spread it smoothly over the cloth. Let it set up and sand smooth with 120 grit sand paper. If you want to try to match the interior color of your refrigerator, you could spray paint just the area that you patched.
I'm assuming you already replaced the drum, and are still getting this error? Sometimes the chip in the drum that resets the counter is bad. This is esp. true if you get a reman drum. You should replace the drum and try again to see if this fixes the problem. Go back to the place you bought the new drum from and tell them the chip didn't reset the counter and if it's still under warranty they should replace it.

If it is still under warranty and you did not hit it (no evidence of impact on the outside, the manufacturer should replace it. You might get them ot give you a discount even if it is out of warranty but fairly new. Otherwise, this is not something that cna be fixed due to the way they are made.
