I have a kodak eis, i just purchased 2 weeks ago.i downloaded the arc soft media impressions from the camera .my problem is that,when i try to upload to you tube,it says there is no internet connection,,,,,,, i have broadband, so im always connected...i hate to return this 200.00 camera because i cant upload

Go to your profile page. the link to this page should be in the upper right and look like this:


Then go to your photos. the link to this page should be on the left hand side and look like this:


Then go to "Upload video." the link to this page should be on the upper right and look like this:


It will then prompt you to choose the file which you want to upload. then just click upload and you're all set!

Two weeks ago...can you return it? If not, Kodak warrants the camera for 1 year.

1. Make sure you will install a new or fully charged battery/batteries into your camera. Please use lithium batteries Ni-Mh or rechargeable Batteries (2000 M.Amp or higher).

2. Clean the battery contacts.
a. Remove the battery/batteries and the memory card from your camera, then wipe the battery contacts with a soft, clean cloth.
b. Reinstall the battery/batteries into your camera

3. Turn on your camera without the memory card.

4. Upload new firmware:
Connect the camera with the computer.
Turn the camera on.
Click onto the link and follow the instructions.

Use a card reader to download your videos to a folder you create on your desktop.

Try new Alkyline batteries again ... (not heavy duty ones).
Make sure the batteries are inserted in the correct polarity... I'm sure it's the batteries.

Try using a separate card reader to download your pictures to a folder you create on your desktop. From there, you can do anything you want with them.

Scan your card with virus program. Had same problem few weeks ago. 7 Viruses was found on card.
