Lack of air flow or a lack of refrigerant are the two primary reasons why coils freeze. Clean the filter and the coil, if frost continues it is likely low on refrigerant.
Yes your refrigerator does have a water filter, its located on the front grill/kickplate below the freezer door. The part number for it is 4396841 it could be purchased at your local appliance partstore or online at; apdepot.com partselect.com apwagner.com repairclinic.com applinacepartspros.com
you might try unpluggging hte unit for a munite and plugging it back in to see if it resets. close all unused rooms on really hot days like we are having. clean the filter as well Hope this helps
Obviously, you will have to disassemble part of the cabinet to access the fan blade. Removig the blade should not be difficult. If it's the fan motor, than that may be a challenge. However, since you did not furnish the Model Number of your AC Unit, there's not much more I can tell you, other than where to find the part(s) you'll need. Try Factory Appliance Parts http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/airconditioners/amana/amana-motors-and-blades.html You'll definitely need the correct Model Number of your unit, to search for the part(s) you'll need.
Hello. first thing to check is if you are getting 24 volts to the contactor coil, if not then the low voltage wiring needs to be checkd, if you are getting 24 volts to the contactor then and it is not energizing it must be replaced. Let me know what you find
Reverse the wires in the receptacle ,not the ground, this is most likely the problem the way the circuit is set up in the ac unit.Let me know if this helps.
I have the Maytag version of this machine and the blinking triangle
light means the water tray is full. The machine won't operate until
that water has been drained -it's the little black tube with the plug
at the bottom behind the machine. Pull the plug, tip it down
(preferably with a shallow pan underneath to catch the water) and drain
as much as you can. Once you've done this, put the plug back in and it
should start.
check the outside drain in the pan if there is a plug in the bottom pull it out.the ptac unit will go into emergency heat and run more the colder it gets outside
