Hi,

You can download the user manual and see the instructions from the site which I uploaded for you.
There are two model which is "clip model" and "wing nut model". Please click the link of your model and downlaod the pdf file.

If you need to download Acrobat Reader to open that pdf files you can click this link to download it.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.

    Hi,

You may try to lubricate the white buttons with Teflon or silicone-based lubricant, not oil or grease which attract dust and clog the movement. And then clean around the buttons. This may help for the jammed buttons to move.

My bugaboo cameleon frame wont click on the chassis

The chassis must be fully opened out and the handle locked in position before the seat / bassinet frame can lock down on to it. The seat / bassinet frame is the safety lock keeping the frame ridged. You should see a square hole (made by two half squares from adjoining hub disks) at the top of the chassis hub assembly when fully open. A square pin under the seat frame must engage into it and the white release button must click. Your Bugaboo will not br safe unless this happens and you should contact the seller to help.macnutz_36.jpgmacnutz_35.jpg

Will the bugaboo chameleon seat/bassinet frame fit on the bugaboo frog chassis?

The answer is yes, the chassis prongs are the same size and spacing. The size of the seat and bassinet are different so the fabric sets are not compatible.

I am having problems with the white circles on either side of the chassis push in but then they wont come back out again. I dont seems to be able to change the seating position either.

You need new buttons they are easily replaceable just one screw. E mail bugaboo and find where you can get replacement parts in your area or try e-bay

When chassis is open, it won't lock in place

Hi,

When the chassis is open but with no seat/carrycot/car seat on, it will move like it is not locked properly, this is normal. When you place a component on top, this will then lock the chassis completely.

Hope this helps.

Hi,

This should only happen when the seat/carrycot frame has not been put on. If this happens when the seat is on, then I would suggest that this is returned for a repair (www.bugaboo.com) as this could be dangerous.

Hope this helps.
