Ok but did you remove the old copy first, remove it and clean your registry it is probably storing the old info in your registry and is saying to its self , why do they need another, treat it as a fresh install remove everything

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you can't re-activate it, the company went bust after lawsuits in the US. Another company bought their assets and closed the activation servers to make you buy new software.

You can search for a hack online, just be wary of keygen sites and check for viruses.

I have a legal copy of 321 studios and need to install it on another computer. However the process requires, internet connection (to a defunct company), Phone call (to a defunct co.) or orginal computer...

If you have legal copy then you can find serial number for registered it.
You can get it from disk cover or disk surface.
Then you can enter that serial number when you install software it ask for serial key so it registered.
But if you are unable to get serial key then drop an email to this software manufacturer web sites supports or login with id and password on that web sites then you can get serial key for register it without internet.

My DVD X Copy Does not work

As far as I know this particular software is not supposed to work anymore due to copyright issues. The company was having legal issues.

However, you my try installing K3B for windows for CD/DVD/Blueray copying/ripping.K3B is open source and is free.

I cant seem to install this dvd x copy xpress program, says server sent an invalid response when i type in license number and password after i select internet and hit continue.

321 Studios first released DVD X Copy in 2003 and the company was taken to court by several major studios and in February was ruled illegal by a judge. Subsequently, 321 Studios closed down and all their DVD copying software was taken off the shelves (although some retailers continued selling the remaing inventory) leaving people (who has license copy of the software) in frustrations because they can not activate and use the software. There is no way you can activate the software now because their website no longer exist.

ok you might want to add a little more background info. or if my though is right...... if you have your license id and password it should be all you need. if you paid for it and are missing something i would be e-mailing their support department to get it resolved

Can't register original dvd x copy platinum

DVD X Copy was banned for sale In 2003 (or about) and the company shut down. It is no longer stable or working on any current operating system. cracking sites for this product are riddled with malware, so I would not recommend you go to those. Authentic versions of 321 Studios software are no longer available, and any sites selling this software are Phishing/malware sites as well.
