It smelled like sewage In my bathroom at first so I flushed the roof vent resealed the toilet checked all traps for a dry or low one. I pulled the access panel to look around and BAM The smell of toxic something came out. I looked for a dead animal it would have to be a large dog to smell this bad. I second the comment on the hair clumps and just the old slimey residues from water? It can smell pretty rank.. Idk about literally a dead animal though.

Did you see any mold? Did you see any areas that are wet? TOXIC is a term that is used to describe something that is poisonous. I think you mean noxious which means unpleasant and possibly harmful. The smell of sewage would be classified as this.

SOURCE: whirlpool bath won't turn on.

Most of the control buttons on a tub are not electrical. These buttons are connected to an air line that runs to the motor. Sometimes an aggressive button push can literally blow the air line right off of the bottom of the button.
This problem is as easy to fix as it sounds. Find the loose air line and push it back onto the button. You will need to open up your access panel. Bring a flashlight.
Be sure to check the connection at the motor too. Good luck

How do I get bad smell and crud out of jacuzzi jets

If you are experiencing a "smell" coming out of the water when you use the tub then you should use one of the products that are made for cleaning jetted tubs pipes.
Here is a link to a site that carries those items. These will get rid of the nasty smell and flecks of bacteria when you use the tub too.

I have a walk-in jacuzzi-type bathroom tub. When the automatic blower comes on it sends out a mildew smell. How can I get rid of it?

First of all, after each use, refill the tub with warm water and run the jets for about 10 minutes to clear out any excess debris etc.

To eliminate the smell/mildew/mold. :
-Fill the tub to above the jet level with HOT (over 140deg.) water
-Add two tablespoons of low sudsing dishwasher detergent and five cups of distilled white vinegar
-Run the jets for 20 minutes
-Drain the tub and use a tooth brush or any small brush to gently clean inside and around all of the jets and nozzles, remove all foreign material you can from the areas inside (disassemble the outter rings to do so) and around the outlets. Be as thorough as possible.
-Rinse and refill the tub with CLEAN COLD water and run the jets for another 20 minutes.
-Drain the water and the smell and mildew should be eliminated.

To prevent future mildew build up/odors once a month fill the tub with HOT water (again) and four to five cups of vinegar (no detergent) and run the jets for 20 minutes. Drain and fill with clean cold water running jets another 20 minutes. If the tub is used very often you can increase the scheduled flushing of the system to every two to three weeks. The mildew/mold flourishes in the warm wet areas inside the jet tubing and nozzles. Diligent maitenance is the best way to make sure you're not bathing with any unwanted guests in your bathwater!

-Take care

How to put bath supports onto new fibre glass bath.It does not have a wooden frame, do I need to make one?

You mean a tub surround? You have no box for the tub to sit in? What were planning on using to hide the sides of the tub? Most big tubs, whirlpools, jacuzzis, etc, sit in a frame work of two by fours and plywood, the ply top supports the tub and the tile, The ply walls or tile board walls are needed for the tile, access to the motor is necessary if you don't have a panel on the tub itself. The tub is set in a finished box, all the tile work done on the top, and set in a ***** of concrete for support. This is for tubs with no sides on them, some tubs have one side finished, and they go up against the walls, and get tiled over the lip. But they get set in mud too. But no walls, just a band against the wall for support. I have seen every tub in every house we have worked on for 25 years done this way, it works. Check it out. Hope this helps. And I hope this is what you are talking about.

Jacuzzi jets smell like rotten eggs when turned on.

Any time you get a strong smell of rotten eggs it is due to a high concentration of sulfer in the water. Are you on well water? I would suggest using a cleaner like http://www.sani-bath.com/ to clean out your system.

My jets wont turn on

All the electric power source to all jacuzzi tubs all required to be protected by a "ground fault" device. Have you noticed special wall receptacles in your kitchen and bathroom that have 'test' and 'reset' buttons? There may be a receptacle (or something that looks like a receptacle but without any slots for plugs) near the tub. Push the reset button. If the pump for the tub has an access panel, the device may be behind the panel. And last, the circuit breaker in the main electrical panel may be a ground fault type and needs reset there. Good Luck
