Reload your installation software. If you don't have it, use the Internet to download the latest drivers and patches from HP.com. Save them to your PC and make your own CD or, purchase a drivers disk direct from HP.

just choose your operating system

after that follow these steps

1. Disconect your printer from your pc
2. uninstall your printer driver from your pc
3. run the file you have download (with out connecting printer to pc untill setup ask you to)
