Hello,
Have you checked that the timer clock is set and not flashing, because the rest of the cooker will work after power outage but for the main/fan oven to work the clock needs resetting.

Hope this helps.

    Hello,

It sounds like the clock itself could be faulty or a bad connection somewhere, check the clock connections and the selector switch for the main oven functions. Also check the incoming supply cables. There is also a thermal cut out normally at the rear of the cooker behind the back cover (looks like a small round disc 1/2" dia.with two wires to it check this first with meter.).If you need any part numbers and prices send a message.

    Hope this helps.

    Hope this helps.

I have a Zamussi ZUQ875 double oven. I have just replaced the bottom oven element after it went bang. Nothing tripped out but the digital display has gone out and cannot get main oven to work because

i suspect that you did cut power to the oven when you replaced the element. therefore the oven needs to be reset as new. there are quite a few pages of instructions on setting the timer so be prepared if you are going to to proceed with this "little" project.
I was able to locate your manual online here:http://kitchen.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/zanussi/zuq_875.html?idRes=625295

I suggest unplugging it for a few minutes...then plugging it back in. Hopefully if the electrical is good you will see the oven's timer flashing. then you can proceed with the instructions from page 7.
Otherwise, you may have a blown a short and should get a licensed electrician to look at it.
Another option would be to contact the manufacturer:[email protected]

Or, find the bloke that installed it and invite him over for dinner and maybe he'll notice it's not working and will fix it for free! ;-)
Good luck mate!

could be a clock fault - try bypassing the auto function on clock.
otherwise, check the terminal block where mains is connected. these quite commonly burn out
