Go to: Searspartsdirect.com and enter the complete model number minus the decimal point. That will take you to a drawing of all of the replaceable parts, part numbers and prices. Assuming that the motor runs ok, then you likely have a gearbox problem. Make sure the function switch is turned completely to the mode that you want to use as this affects the gearbox. Hope this helps!

Speedometer quit working

this is normal for all cars. this old, !
what is your question. most Geo speedos die at 150k miles.
you forgot to say, did odometer die too? big time error that...
for any accurate answers.

my guess, is , you are asking how to diagnose the speedo,
right?
ok pull the cable at tranny, and spin it by hand (or drill) in the same
direction as the needle moves, in dash.
mine is CCW direction
so spin it in CCW dir. and see if the needle moves up scale.
if not , maybe the cable is snapped, inside.
so pull the cable out. is it snapped?
if not the head is bad, if both the speedo and odometer
are dead,
here is one page showing how to do that.
if both are dead , it can only be 3 things.
1: BAD HEAD.
2: BAD CABLE
3: tranny gears x2 bad,one or both stripped, (plastic gears)
the test is easy, spin it from down under. and look.
do not pull the cable down under or the cable will disengage the head, and slip (simple sqaure drive it is)
gettting the head out is another long story.

Ge super capacity will not spin

It is most likely the switch on the lid,,when closing the lid, there is a switch,if it has came loose or has went bad ,it will not allow the washer to spin(safety)

Drill runs until pressure is applied to the bit. then the motor cotinues to run but the chuck stops spinning.

It sounds like the gears themself are stripped. On the inside of the drill right behind the head is a gear that turns the head itself. When that gear is stripped the head will spin sometimes withou pressure but when pressure is applied the head will not spin

My 27" truflat RCA tv, which is 4 yrs old, went blank

Hi,you will need a soldering iron and a voltage needle so you can test the Ic components on the main board. you will need to test the transistors as well. once you find the bad parts, you will have to order them and remove the bad parts and replace them with the ordered parts by using the iron and solder. this issue will be located on the input side of the main board. you should notice it by the discolorations on the board. 2 Milwaukee 18VDrills stopped working - NEED repair help

This may not be as easy as you think. The first one my have trouble with the trigger switch, but it could be the motor. Without checking continuity, or replacing them individually you will not be able to tell which one is bad.

Another problem could be the brushes. That is what is most likely wrong with the 2nd one. Remove the 2 black screw caps on the rear of the drill, and remove the carbon brushes. Do they look worn? If so they will need to be replaced. If this is the case the motor may be breaking down, and wearing the brushes down too fast.

The good news is that Milwaukee Tools, offer a 5 year limited warranty, If you have a receipt, or can read the serial number. Take it in, or mail it to a service center. They will take care of it for you if they are less then 5 years old.
