The drum balance ring cound be unliquified. Turn it when it is off. There should be sloshing. If there isn't, call in a repair man. He will try to fix it.

there are four shipping bolts in the back of the washer that need to be removed they are long bolts connected to plastic pieces. unscrew them and remove the plastic pieces
Check the Vibration damper rods to be sure that... 1. They are there and mount is solid. 2. If they are broken in 1/2. 3. The plastic knuckle mounts are not missing/broken. 4. There is oil in the shock absorber/spring section of the rods.
Also - there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub that could be broken and/or missing.
Replace/repair as necessary.
IF THIS IS A BRAND NEW INSTALLATION - be sure you have removed the basket shipping pins (4) that secure the tub during shipping.

Your drive motor may be fine. Check the water pump that is located in the back behind the small metal door on the left bottom corner and see if thats where your noise/water is coming from. These extraction pumps have bearings casing that gets mangled and locked up. Look right above the flywheel that the belt rides on in the W-pump.

The rear 2 legs are fixed. The front 2 are adjustable. There are lock nuts to prevent the adjustment from coming loose. The front legs are to be adjusted to the minimum. While not running if the machine rocks, continue the adjustment.
For few clothes there is a half load switch; best the read the manual well before anything. Well if the walking continues, check the rear for any shocks or springs that may hv fallen off during transport. Plug off the wall socket first.
