Hi..
Contact your service provider ( The connection which you have taken, You can contact the customer care) and give them the sim No (which you can find in the backside of you sim), and they will give you the PUK code..

You have entered the wrong SIM password so it is locked. You can unlock it easily. You have to call your network service provider and ask for PUK code. They can ask you SIM no. which is printed at the back of SIM card.
Then you can enter the PUK code and use the phone again.
Revert in case of any problem.
