Motorola L7 has problem to press only "9" no. in its keypad

I have moto slvR L7 phone. since last 10 day it has some problem in its keypad IC. its dial no. of  only "9"  can not pressed , i could not call any one.   becose in india every no. starsts from "9"   . so what can i do
               pleas reply me emidgetly
