my problem is the machine is giving error 805 as soon the machine is started

What is the sub error code E805-" " -007 is is a blown fan and a blown fuse on the DC control. " " -002 could be a broken connection or pinched wire under the adf pillar on the right rear near the fixxing unit. If your have more info. on the code let us known..... Good luck

One of the fan is not rotating in the machine.check all the fans.
(or) go to service mode select COPIER>ERROR and see the sub code be side the E805.its like (0002).see the sub code and post it

i have ir400 in my machine. first e805 code has been displayed and after that it shows that to load paper. then after e803 code is displayed. please help

The error code means that the hard drive has crashed or is failing. To resolve the problem you will need to replace the hard drive and have it flashed before you get it. Or call the place you got the copier from and have them send you another hard drive or return the copier back to them... Good Luck

DC control position is behind of machine. open plat cover and you ll see lot of electronic. DC control is bigger module (PCB) then the other.
and SSR is above of DC. what s wrong with them ?

I have Canon IR 400 photocopier. My problem is -
This not really a problem. Canon Copiers have various counters that track the counts of Various sized papers. Long, short and the like. The only counter that really matters in the 101 or total counter. This the counter that tracks every piece of paper that goes through the copier. This is the counter used to track copy usage. If you have a service contract this the counter the dealership will use to track copies for billing. Ignore anything but the total counter.

Hello sir; The error code you display 803 & 805 could be come from same problem, both all are composite board 24 volt supply problem, replace composite board will take care this problem. good luck.
