I have a Samsung RS2545SH Side by Side.The refrigerator side gets cold 34 but the freezer side doesn't 65.I hooked up the water line.I Had a service guy come out and he replaced the PCB Main Board and a Coil.Nothing has changed.Any ideas what's wrong.I'm tired of this guy shotgunning it.

I had an"expert " come out and $240 Later I had a nice side-by-side canoe.Scrapped it and bought a new one.

Your problem could be the "electronic temperature control" assembly.

Contact an appliance service company.

very unlikeley to be the user control panel probably the freezer sensor or freezer fan not operating so no cold air circulating giving a false reading? is it colder at the bottom of the freezer than the top ? that is a dead give away for the fan

Samsung RS2545SH refrigerator just stopped making ice. any advice?

Samsung Fridge RS2545SH stopped cooling. The fridge section is about 50/55 and freezer is around 45. It wont go below. At one point, there was rumbling rattling sound from the compressor. Icemaker also stopped woprking.

SAMSUNG RS2545SH FREEZER SIDE BLINKS AND THAWS WHEN AT WORK

check to kake sure that you have not blocked the air inlet holes in on the back side of the freezer and that the door lights work on the freezer side.
