Samsung dishwasher why is F2 not explained

Hi, F2 means that the Main Control Board is not getting the right signal from the user interface, turn off the power to the machine & then go to you tube there are several videos showing the correct way to remove the screws to give you access to the inner door liner to check all the contacts are clean & connected properly, as if this doesn't correct it then the user interface is probably the cause as it is most likely faulty & needs to be replaced, but to be sure I would follow the step by step tutorial on you tube for your make & model....

I hope this helps....

Cannot enter bios in the standard way with F2. I believe IDE controller is set to disable

Turn on your computer. If your computer is already on, then reboot it.

You need to see the initial display screen to get into the BIOS.

Press the F1 key immediately in one second intervals when you see the initial screen displaying the BIOS provider information.

The majority of Gateway computers use the F1 key.

If, for some reason this does not work, then use the F2.

All of Gateway's desktops use the F1 or F2 keys.

hope this helps

Fault code F2

F2 - Rotor may be jammed - blocked, the rotor has failed, hall sensor cold be faulty, faulty stator windings or there is a faulty electronic controller, the other could be the mains power filter.

So as you can see there a number of components that possibly be the cause, will rerquire the services of a serviceman familiar with F & P disdrawers..

Hi I had f2 flash up on the control panel so we drained it and turned it back on it now shows 5 on the control panel and wont do anything else it is a ASKO D1976

Hi

Error F2 in asko dishwashers indicate high water level. This may happen due to plugged drain pump or due to faulty water inlet valve. To resolve the issue remove the back plate and check the drain pump. Disconnect the hoses from the drain pump and clear the lint from the hose and the pump area. Lot of water would be there when you'll remove the hose from the pump, be ready to collect it. Let it dry and now the dishwasher will work perfectly now. Hope it helps...

Problem with keys used to enter the cmos

For Toshiba notebook PCs manufactured since the introduction of Windows XP, one or more of the following methods will be effective:
  • Toshiba Hardware utility method: Run the Toshiba Hardware utility from the Toshiba Console. It may also accessible (as 'HWSetup') from the Windows Control Panel. Changes to some of the settings will require re-starting the computer. This method is the only way to access the BIOS settings on some notebook PCs (Satellite 5000 series, for example). (For these machines, pressing and holding the F12 key immediately after powering-on the notebook will allow you to alter the notebook's boot priority.)

If the Toshiba Hardware utility is not present, try the F2 key method and the Esc key method (see below).
  • F2 key method: Turn the computer on. If you see an invitation to press the F2 key to enter Setup, do so. The Setup screen will appear.

  • Esc key method: Turn the computer on. If you do not see a prompt to press the F2 key, then immediately press and hold the Esc key for three seconds, and then release it. When prompted to, press the F1 key. The Setup screen will appear.
For more information search on toshiba web.

Thanks
