mcdevito75 here, If the crystal is Glass a replacement crystal may be your only choice, If Plastic It may be saved. Check with the watch repair service directory, right here on fixya. Bottom of this page, click on repair service directory then watches.

mcdevito75 here, If it is a crack and not just a scratch almost ant watch repair shop could replace the crystal (glass) a crack means replacement and a scratch might be able to be buffed out, Expect to spend $30.00----$60.00 either way.

A watchmaker or some jewelry stores can order it for you if they don't have a suitable replacement in stock. Depending on the severity of the damage they may be able to buff out the existing crystal to almost new condition. As long as it's not cracked it can usually be buffed out for just a few dollars.

If you have no joy anywhere else, you could try the Aramani service center. Below is an extract from their web site.

Of course, you can. Take your watch to the nearest watch repair shop and the watch maker will replace it.

I am not sure about prices in US, but over here in England we charge £15 - £25 for mineral glass (depending on size, thickness, e.t.c.) and £50 - £120 for sapphire glass. As for today: £1 = 1.60$. Doesn't matter how you name it - glass or crystal, both are right.

Any good watch repair shop can measure the size of your watch crystal and order a replacement, unless it happens to have some weird shape, like a heart, etc
