How can I get an manual for a Panterra Transport Electric Scooter? My grandmother just bought a Panterra Transport Electric Scooter that was used only a handful of times. When we picked it up, it was working fine...then we lifted it into a truck and drove it 3 miles to her house, took it out of the truck and it wouldn't work! Everything lights up and you can push it back and forth - but the motor won't work...it just won't go. I'm thinking maybe it's a reset switch we have to press because we lifted it off the ground, but we can't find anything like that. We've tried everything and nothing's worked. Unfortunately, the woman we purchased it from ended up being a fraud and now we can't get any paperwork on it and we don't have any manual or anything. Please help! Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
