Sorry to say you have broken the lens, replacement of the lens is the only practical repair and if you cant swap one yourself from a dead camera it would be beyond economical repair.
If you are adventurous you could buy a faulty one of ebay and swap the lens or if the faulty one has a broken screen or mode dial swap yours over to the faulty one..
there are a couple of "tricks" do getting this camera open drop me a line if you decide to proceed...

best of luck

I had the same thing happen to me i dropped my camera and the lenses were crooked so i placed my camera on the table and looked at the lenses and they were crooked on the outside to one side no wait...... i don't know if they were crooked one side of the lenses was stuck into the lens housing so i pulled it and it popped up and started working perfectly fine again at first i didnt know what the problem was and then i later found out if you dont know what the problem is send it to the repair shop or get a new one but try to straighten the lenses by force 50% of people reported that with success but it could also do even more damage to your camera if nothing works im sorry to say this but there are 2 options take it to a repair shop or get a new camera -im out

Crooked camera lens

Camera got dropped, lens got pushed in on one side? If you can straighten it yourself by pulling it out straight on that side, it might work perfectly afterwards.

I was taking pictures and i dropped my camera and

The lens unit needs to be serviced, possibly marginal repair, so if you look at the lens and it seems to be crooked, you could try GENTLY straightening it , but this may make it WORSE! Do not push it in, try to pull out the side that is already pushed in, if you get what I mean.
Otherwise take it to a repairer.

NO OPEN THE LEN WHAT CAN I DO, THE CAMERA IS FALLEN AND THEN ONLY STAR UP AND APPEAR THE MESSAGE *LENS ERROR 16

Lens error 16 means the lens has popped out of its tracks internally. This happens if the lens is out when the camera is dropped. Most require a new lens. If the lens is crooked, it is possible to straighten it sometimes. See the picture.d40ff78.jpg
Attempting to straighten the lens can break it but rarely makes things worse.
If the lens is jammed in, not much can be done without a technician.

I dropped our Kodak Z710

Doubt it. Kodaks are notorious for the lens becoming knocked out of line when dropped. I had an older model that a child knock off a 3 foot high table and it never worked again. Best thing is to find a local repair shop, call in to Kodak for assistance, or look for another camera.

I DROPPED MY KODAK CAMERA WHILE THE CAMERA WAS ON

If you pressed it too hard in, you most likely damged some other parts in addition to the damage caused by dropping it. You need to take out the lense, inspect all the moving parts. Look for broken or bented part. The opened lense should mover up and down easily. Make sure all parts are clean and put the lense back on. Good luck!!!!!!!

Kodak camera dropped lens cockeyed stuck open

Lens errors are fairly common. Usually it's sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera's been dropped with the lens extended. Or the camera has been powered on, but the lens had been blocked preventing its extension. Or the battery ran down with the lens extended ...

Here's some things that you can do to try to correct it. They only seem to work for less than 50% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty, they're worth a try:
