Download SAMSUNG PST for the SCH-R560... It will say Cricket but it also works for the Metro PCS version. Here you have a variety of options such as Backing up your Data, Reloading the Software. Changing the BIN...(Flashing).., also It has a Refurbish option which will reset the phone to where it acts like it just came out of the box. THIS WILL DELETE ALL YOUR INFO, and you will have to reactivate your phone so be careful.

After doing further research online I found that all I had to do is remove the battery and put it back in. It works perfectly now.
