Could you explain your situation a little more?
I am assuming that it is locked after a self-cleaning cycle?
It is possible some liquid seeped into the circuitry area and shorted out a circuit board or controller causing it to lock the door. I would disconnect power from the unit through the circuit breaker for 5 minutes and then turn on the self cleaning mode, but cancel the cleaning mode just after you start it.
If water has entered the circuit board you must check the continuity through out the control board and then replace the sorted part or whole board which ever is necessary

Thank you. Water did cause it to lock up and I tried turning off the power and the self cleaning mode but it did not unlock. I have a call into the local repairman. This is a neat site.
did they fix your own door? mine is also locked tried turning the circuit breakers off turning self cleaning in and off nothing works!!!
