Need to check that thermal switch is securely against the bottom of the coffee pot. If that is good reverse the terminals

As it's protected by circuit breaker it also might be fused, so check for fuses.
Next just dig to the wiring and measure the resistance betveen Live and Neutral using simple multimeter. If there's no reading then there might be a small fuse (or thermofuse) attached to the windings, make sure this one is fine, if yes then motor windings are burned and you'll need new fan, otherwise just replace the fuse.
