If the walking belt has shifted to the left, use the Allen wrench to turn the left rear roller bolt clockwise 1/2 of a turn; if the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the left rear roller bolt counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Be careful not to overtighten the walking belt. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is centred.

How do I know if the waxing system is working correctly , how often does it spray on to the belt?
IT sprays every 8 hours of usage. If it is used for residential, assume it is not. The nozzle will be dried up. You should lubricate the belt and deck manually.

Try adjusting the tension on the running belt. This video is the rear roller replacement on a Life Fitness 95TI, but includes the belt adjustment. This is a different machine than yours, but it is the same concept.

Sounds like your electronics are blown. They can be repaired, but keep in mind a big reason why this happens is because the belt and deck are worn.

1)You must shure the motor has level, use some one.use the washer according with the new motor.
2) Tight very well with wrench.
3) Alignment very well the drive belt, not much tension
4) Lube the deck belt with the instruction manual.
5) Lube the rollers bearing very well.
6) Try to run the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshooting
