Temperature warning light keeps going off. Resets when turned off then on again. I put on coldest and when the beeper goes off again, the temp is about 20 degrees. Noticed a little water in bottom of freezer. I still hear vacuum kick in. Thanks, Brian,
Re: Temperature warning light keeps going off. Resets

Warning light (red)
If the temperature warning light (4) lights up, it
indicates that the temperature within the freezer has
reached a level where the safe food storage is no
longer ensured. When the freezer is first switched on, the warning light will stay on until the temperature has dropped to
a safe level for the storage of frozen food.
Temperature acoustic alarm
This appliance incorporates an alarm which gives off
an audible signal whenever the warning light comes
on. This signal can be temporarily stopped by
depressing the push button for fast-freezing (6).
The fast-freezing push button can be released as
soon as the warning light is off.
Open door acoustic alarm
This appliance also incorporates an alarm which
sounds if the door is left open for more than 60
seconds. The signal will be stopped when the door is
closed again.

Hi Julie. I'm Roger. It sounds like the operating thermostat is not working When not in the fast freeze mode. Can you here a click sound from the thermostat when turning the temperature up and down short of fast freeze? We normally charge them to operate at -10 to -20 degrees. The inside temperature will normally only reach a temperature around 18 degrees warmer. The operating thermostat should allow you to regulate its temperature any where from that capability up to where you want it. See if your thermostat makes a clicking sound when adjusted. The warning light comes on because it knows the box temperature is higher than it is set for and is warning you of that. If it uses a printed circuit (PC) board, the click will dot be very loud. listen closely. Let us know how this turns out for you. We have very good refrigeration techs. here. Someone else here may have an idea too.
Check the condenser grille is clear and clean, and all fans are working. Get a cheap thermometer to keep in the freezer and check it from time to time.
i think its tempretor sensor /thermostat problem please try to find thermostat needele and keep in right position , and check its tempretor satting if it,s need to reset please reset it . i hope after that it will working good. if not please try to contect your freezer maintanance perssonel for repair/reset your freezer .
the temperature control is bad. when you push the fast freeze it bypasses the thermostat for 12-24 hours depending on which model you have. I am not able to find any parts information with the model number provided but you should be able to find a temperature control at any local appliance parts house or online thru any reputable supplier. You said, your Frigidaire freezer 17 cu. ft. , it keeps buzzing or peeping The alarm may be malfunctioning or it may be warning you of low temperature. You can go to any hard ware store and buy a refrigerator thermometer and ask them if it can go into a freezer too!It can, But ask anyway!
If it is cold enough then it is a faulty alarm going off. Your freezer may be equipped with an alarm. Here is some information that may help you find it and turn it off if you wish Temp Alarm (audible only or audible with warning light)
This feature is designed to provide a warning of possible malfunction. If the
temperature of the food rises to a level unsafe for long-term storage, the buzzer will
sound. The red light will also glow on models so equipped. The Temp Alarm feature
operates on household electricity. If power fails, the alarm will not perform. An ON/
OFF switch allows you to deactivate the Temp Alarm when not wanted. The freezer
is shipped with Temp Alarm in the OFF position. After freezer has run approximately
4 hours, the red light, if equipped, will go off. Then you may activate the Temp Alarm
without the alarm sounding.
Press the ON switch to activate the Temp Alarm. To deactivate, press the OFF switch.
If the alarm sounds, be sure freezer is properly leveled, and the door closes freely, and
seals properly. If you suspect a technical malfunction, call an authorized servicer
immediately.
