If you are connecting to Bluetooth headset, check the manual of Headset to find default pairing code.
If you are connecting to other mobile phone or laptop, you have to enter any pairing code you want and then enter the same pairing code to other mobile or laptop and both devices will be paired.
Usually the code is something simple like 0000, 5555, or 1234. Another way is to check your phone's manual, or google your phone name + bluetooth code.
its normal that pairing bluetoth need code, but dont worry you can insert code that you want, for example you insert code 1 at your phone for pairing insert 1 to at your pc ,it will work, the code you insert at phone must same as you insert at pc it will work
i hope this helpfull, if you think this helpfull please rate very helpfull
thanks for using fixya
passkeys should be entered for both devices. like when you are trying to paired your phone with you friend's it would then asked to type in a passkey, you can type in any passkey you like but it should be same combination with your friend's. (so you can use 1234 punch in on yours and your friends need to use 1234 code punch in his phone, so both bluetooth device will be paired successfully).
