The exact meaning of this error code ( 006-370 ) is <IOT ROS Motor Failure>. The SOS signal does not come from the ROS ASSEMBLY. What this means is the printhead, also know as Raster Output Scanner - laser unit. failed to generate a "start-of-scan" or SOS signal.
There is a humidity and temperature sensor in this printer that is designed to prevent the laser from being used in extreamly high humidity situations to prevent damage to the printer. This sensor rarely fails, and that is why it is the least likely cause of a true failure.
If in Fact you are in a high humidity situation. There is nothing wrong with the printer, and it will function normally when taken out of the humidity. Possibly running a dehumidifier in these cases will help. If this is not the case and are certain this is not the problem, then a true hardware failure has occured.
There are 3 possible causes for this failure, and they are listed in the most likely to least likely.
1) the ROS Assembly ( printhead, laser unit )
2) the PWBA MCU ( printed wiring board assembly - Machine control unit ).
3) Sensor assembly. ( humidity and temperature sensor )

this message means that condensation may have occured in the printer, this can happen due to its location the temperature in the room, dell suggest not using the printer for one hour. Have you done this yet?

I tried everyting. I took the imaging drum out and poot it in, and notihng. This imaging drum worded before OK.

Error code: 004-332
This type of error code implies that you need to restart the printer again. However, do check to see if toner cartridges are seated in the proper position. Also ensure that they have been locked in.
