Pull out the paper carefully and next time use atleast "20 lb. paper" 24 lb is better.

Printer control board (PRCB) or Paper feed motor (M41) is bad hope its the motor board will be expensive!!!!!!! check behind the draws paper stuck!!!!! also pull out each draw find if thats the problem

Error code C-2704 mean on C6500 Bizhub Pro

Abnormality in the black charging unit.
Possible causes:
Black charging unit
HV Unit
Print Control Board

My best guess is that you have a faulty charge unit. Try swapping the units around with another colour and see if the fault code shifts.
