My daughter has an sansa e280 that ran great until yesterday. Now only the wheel glows when you press the menu button. The screen does nothing. She tells me she didn't drop it or delete any files. I am not sure though. How can I fix it

For the e200 series player you can first try to RESET the player as next (solution 1):
1. Press and hold the Power/Menu button for approximately 20 seconds.
2. Release the Power/Menu button. ( now the player should be off )
3. Press the Power/Menu button again to turn on the player, to see if the device is working normally again.
If the player still freezes after that, you can reload and update the lastest firmware (solution 2).
