Usually the default security code is 12345. Go to the Menu, scroll to settings and goto restore factory settings, select restore all or restore settings only. Press Cont and enter the security code.

How to restored the phone of the model no 5310 (nokia)

Please follow following steps:

Steps to Restore Settings

This resets all preference settings without deleting any personal data.

Select Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings.
Select Restore Settings only. If prompted for code, the default code is 12345.

The only other way you can restore the factory settings on this phone without your security code is for you to get the appropriate software and flash the phone.

After flashing your phone will be resetted, and be sure that you do not have any important file on the phone, if not it will be wiped out.

Use this sir ,1122 or 3344...if no luck ,you need to go to a cellshop and restore it in their infinity box..i guess your h869 is chinaphone..

call your service provider from another phone, then tell them your problem. they should be able to fix it remotely.
