If your Gucci watch is Quartz, or even Windup, it"s best to see a jeweler to identify any possible problem causeing the stem and crown to come out of the watch. Mike D 75

That decal/sticker is usually only an indicator of a un-worn watch.
The only thing that will turn the battery on is pushing in the STEM.
If it does not run then... your battery SHELF LIFE has been

if you still can see the stem near the hole of the watch, you only have to replace its crown. but if not you have to replace both. i hope i had been helped you.
depends if you want the same factory crown or just one that looks nice but not the official crown , but crown , if stem is not broking around 15 - 20 dollars to replace, crown and stem around 30 4-5 dollars to replace.
If you still have the crown you may be able to put it back on yourself. However for a secure repair you would need a watchmaker to repair this.
To try yourself get some RED locktite (available at any Ace hardware store or automotive store) Put a small amount on the threads of the crown. Then screw the crown onto the stem as much as possible.
Let it sit for about 10 minutes so the locktite can cure. Then you can try using it to set the time or whatever.
If this does not work you will need a watchmaker to repair this.
Prices to fix this would vary.

The winding crown is loose on the stem. Get the stem completely out of watch and while holding in vice or pair of pliers screw the crown back on tight. Do not overscrew it, as the stem may brake. Even better would be to unscrew the crown first, dip the threaded stem end in to the Superglue and then screw the crown back. It will prevent from the same problem in future.
Do not open the watch yet, as you do not know how to get the stem out. Take an eyeglass and examine the crown. You will find the small hub in the centre of the crown. If the centre of this hub is hollow and you can see the thread in it- you will be able to screw it back on stem (all watch crowns are screwed on to stems, never pressed). If the centre of that hub looks filled with metal, then the stem end is broke and you will need replace stem AND crown (the metal filling the hub is the broken end of stem).
