My htc HD2 touch screen not responding. Take the battery out no luck. Reset the phone and the same.

I can input the numeric code for my password but when I press the unlock key it is not responding..my phone is HTC HD2 touch

If your HTC HD2 is frozen and a soft reset doesn't work, this guide shows how to restore your handset to its factory settings with a hard reset
There are two ways you can perform a hard reset on your HTC HD2. The first is best if your phone is still operational. If it has crashed and you can't get a response from it, you're better to try option two.
Performing a factory reset via the settings menu
  1. On the Home screen's Settings tab, select Menu - All Settings - System - Clear Storage
  2. Enter 1234 and tap Yes to confirm
Performing a factory reset using phone buttons
  1. If your phone has crashed and won't respond, you'll have to perform a battery pull to power the phone off. Simply take off the back cover and remove the battery. Otherwise, just turn your HTC HD2 off using the power button.
  2. With your phone powered off, press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons
  3. While holding the volume buttons, press the power button and then release it
  4. When you see a warning message on screen, release the volume up and volume down buttons
  5. Press the volume up button to perform the reset when prompted, or press any other button to cancel the reset

Touch screen responding
Hi,try to reset to factory or hardware reset you can google it,if your problem dont solve , your touch screen or flat cables must be checked,may be it dropped or get in to water or get unconnected or may be it works in a bad air condition like high weather humidity , go to a certified repair store to repair it for you

I have an HTC HD2. I believe I have so many old txt messages that they are now stopping the HTC from working ! I can just about get into "All Messages" but I can't get "Deleted Items"...

It must have been something you have installed. Perhaps you should hard reset your device, in order to get rid of such a condition. To hard reset it, read chapter 14 'Performing a factory reset', on pages 292 and 293 of its user manual. It describes two ways of doing it: software (if your device responds to taps) or keys combination (it is completely unresponsive) driven.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
