Excellence smart drive fills up with water and then doesn't wash

I used the machine on Sat did a few loads was ok then tried to do another it filled the water I noticed the bowl not spinning as it normally does whilst filling. Then the machine just stopped I advanced the wash it rinsed and spun normally. Sunday i tried again same thing filled with water and stopped I got it to wash after I pushed the time saver option. I tried again this morning without any luck.

Any ideas?

ThanksEster

The machine does not work

Ok this fault is telling me you have a faulty RPS(Rotor Positioning Sensor) in this machine. The RPS sensor is located in the motor Stator. To replace you need to remove the motor rotor then the motor Stator. you want to be careful with this part when fitting it as they can break.

Please rate my advice.
