Whenever i play prince of persia the forgoten sands at the last boss of the game is always says disk is unreadable and then it says to clean disk with soft cloth and restart the console and i do that and i turn game backm on and the game keeps on saying disk is unreadable

Yes the game requires an internet connection for the first time it is installed only for you to be able to activate the game and be registered on the Uplay servers or else you won't be able to play the game. If uplay is keep on crashing, try reinstalling it.
I have same problem as you. I couldn't solve the problem, but when appear the error box I click the next button (many times, about 40 times), and the program installing have finished finally. And I could start the game. So you have to click to next button not the cancel button!
