Go to ATI's Web Page. Select the area of interest (Video Controllers) and find your model. Go tot the updates, drivers etc. and download the current data and run it from there.

use updated radeon drivers direct from their site

you could be pushing the video card to its max, and/or there might be something wrong with the heatsync fan

Make sure you have the Catalyst Control Software installed and set to advanced mode. When you open the program and go to the settings for multiple monitors.
