You can get instructions from the Citizen web site.

Go to "citizen.com" and on the upper right there is a menu. Click on "technical
support" and then on "setting instructions"

Fill in the information required from the back of your watch and then click on
"get setting instructions"

At the bottom of the screen click on "manuals/downloads", then on "product
manual download"

Enter your watch type in the search box and click on "search"

Their web site gives a list of generic instructions which you need to
scroll through to find the section that suits your watch.
