I need a lid for Starbucks Aroma Grande carafe

The exact same lid is on the Wolfgang Puck WPTPCM010 coffee maker. (It's exactly like the Starbucks one - same size & fit.) Call (800) 275-8273 and order part # WPTPCM010-6; the product description is "LID FOR CARAFE". It will cost you $4.99 + 5.00 shipping. My Starbucks coffee pot works PERFECTLY again. Just make sure that you put the lid on the carafe correctly before you use it, since the seal is new.

You will need to find a replacement from a secondary parts supplier and may have to select a similar product from another brand.

In your manual there should be a number for parts ordering. I had the same problem. The part apparently costs $30 but because I live in Vancouver, Canada, the kind gentleman at Starbucks offered to send it to me free of charge as the duties at our border/customs would inflate the cost big time. I was very surprised that he was so willing to do this. Keep in mind though, I bought the machine and it was near $200. Very expensive for a drip coffee maker.

I think I have a fix for the lid. I need a couple people to send me their lid to see if my fix works. My fix does not involve any material destruction of the lid. I will send you the lid back regardless of whether the fix works or not.

I have the same problem, but have not been able to find a new carafe, so far.
