How do i delete and put music on my SanDisk Sansa m230

Connect your player to the your computer using a usb cord. A screen should pop up asking you what you wish to do with your device, choose the program you would wish to put music on with: windows media player, rhapsody, etc. Go to the sync tab and drag music to your player

Will my mp3 player (sandisk sansa m230) charge

Assuming the computer puts out enough juice, yes. Not all USB ports do.

Plug it in, and the Sansa should say "Charging" if it is charging. If it doesn't, try a different USB port if possible. If your computer has ports on the front/side and on the back, the back ones are more likely to put out sufficient power.

By mistake formatted all Data including software

The software is only for Windows 98 otherwise the player is a plug and play device (Windows 2000, XP & Vista). Click here if your operating system is Windows 98.

Can you see the MP3 player on device manager?

My computer cannot pick my mp3 sansa player

This solution is specifically for the Sansa c200 series, but it will get you started in the right direction - check Sandisk's website for the specific method of entering MSC mode for your particular Sansa:
Connect the device to the PC in MSC Mode
View/c200: Turn on then press and hold the rewind button while plugging to the PC
If that fails, unplug the Sansa from the computer. Uninstall all the Sansa software in the add/remove programs section of Control Panel. Reinstall the clean version of the software from Sandisk’s website – make sure you get the files for the c200 series. Then replug the Sansa and try again. The root of the problem is that Sansa has one set of drivers and Windows has another. If you plug the mp3 player into the computer before installing the Sansa drivers, the Windows drivers will trump the Sansa’s.
Here is a helpful link from Sandisk on the problem with extra information on Vista operating systems:
