There is a way how to do it. Actually I don't want to spare in public forum, as this could lead to unpleasent effect - Like unapproved person comming to (your) shop and reseting devices.
Just check the site support.symbol.com for MK500 and if you are a technician, you will find your answer quickly.

Hi Max, Although your answer is decade old but I need your support now. I have MK590 Kiosk and i want to rest it on the default setup. Can you help me? I am searching on internet although the device is very old and even company has been purchased by the Zebra Technologies. I have tried to download the firmware update from the company site but they don't have these serial number on their record. I think it is because we haver kiosks with Symbol label. I need your support Thanks
