Toshiba laptop not turning on in india

Hiii
i purchased a laptop (toshiba L300) at Jordan, when i came to India for vacation, i tried to turn it on but its not responding, after my vacation (30days) when i went back to work (Jordan) it automatically worked with in an hour, now am in India and facing the same problem again, i checked the output its ok (19v), please support me on this problem,with regardsS.holla

    does this laptop have a battery that works? or do you have it plugged in all the time? are india's outlets a different type? did you ttry using the laptop on the battery if the battery is good, not plugged in? (stop going to india, it might solve the problem?)
