Sounds like the bearings are broken. This is a serious issue and may be quite expensive. If your appliance still under warranty, contact the manufacturer for assistance. If not, don't be afraid to ask the customer service if they can provide some assistance to replace your washer (as the repair will be quite expensive), perhaps the manufacturer may be able to provide a rebate or something like that if they appreciate you as customer.
Turn the drum by hand and if you hear any noises it is the rear bearing. If there is no noise then remove the front bottom panel and take out the coin trap on the pump and check those hoses. Eric
