Hello DJ Shenon! Biostar has all the drivers for your P4M800 Pro-M7 motherboard available for download on their website. The link for your motherboard is P4M800 Pro-M7
If the sound card is built onto the motherboard, the drivers for the sound card will be on the cd that came with the motherboard or you should be able to go to the ECS web site and download the drivers.
