Viewty lost photo cd. how do i download photo's from phone to the computer please. Have connected usb cable but it is not working. I need download LG PC transfer software.How?

try downloading lg pc suite it can also help syncronise your phone

Had exact same problem. I first purchased and fitted a 2 Gb mini SD for the phone to store photos. I then phoned LG support 0844 847 5454 who pointed me to the LG website download

Find the downloads on your computer and install. When you connect your phone you will see it as an extra drive in Windows Explorer. Remember that before you can drag-and-drop from phone to computer (using Windows Explorer) you will need to 'move' you photos to your mini SD (see phone manual). It works a dream.

if you have bluetooth on both your phone and laptop you can transfer that way. Alternatively you should have got a USB cable included with your phone.

first, you need to make sure that the photos are saved in the memory card

Then , go to the settings --> connectivity and change the usb setting to mass data

then, connect the phone to the conputer
you will not need the cd software..

i agree had trouble in past and it seems to work that way

You CAN connect it to windows vista using the cable, however my own LG Viewty won't transfer anything without the software installed on the PC, the PC can detect it but it won't show on My Computer.

You can try it, but i'd advise downloading the software from somewhere.

Change connectivity to mass storage usb and then download in windows xp like a hard drive.

Make sure u have Bluetooth Sharing ticked in ur Sharing preferences (in the 'Internet & Network' part of ur System preferences) when using Bluetooth file transfer method (the USB/Mass storage wasnt working)...this fixed my Blueetooth issues Woohoo!
