Sir my Ricoh 1045 machine have SC 326 problem, after taking a single copy the error code comes. please give a good solution to clear my problem. thanks

Controller to operation panel comucation error at start up.Check the controller stall,controller board installed correctly operation panel connectors.Enter im the service menu ,press the SP mode,open the front door,turn off the copier,unplugged the machine.Wait 10 seconds,plugged on the machine,close the front door,turn ON the copier and make a copy.

LD unit, or BICU board....Do LD pitch adjustment -both 400 and 600dpi

2nd laser synchronization error. F gate 1 error. This is an optics issue. Try unplugging the machine and plugging it back it to see if the error goes away.

Never heard of this happening to five machines before.  Check the connections in the laser unit.

SC 326: Laser synchronization detector board cannot receive the laser beam.
Replace the laser sync detector, Part No. A2935310.
Or try the following solution;
Open the front cover and remove the brown inner cover - 2 screws.
The black unit after the inner cover is the laser unit. There are 2 screws securing the laser unit - loosen them.
Tighten the right securing screw while jacking up the right side of the laser unit with a screwdriver.
Tighten the left securing screw and put the inner cover back on.
If SC 326 is still indicated after the above procedure, replace the laser sync detector or the whole laser unit.
