Assuming you are not low on freon:
I have seen this symptom caused by too much moisture in the system too, it freezes near the metering device which kills the refrigeration effect which makes it warm up, the ice melts and it starts working until moisture builds up and freezes which kills the refrigeration effect again.

I have a freidrich quietmaster wall air conditioner and the condenser works fine until you use the money saver then it starts to blow hot air

blowing hot air is the unit's way of further cooling its compressor, this should not last long and should cycle back and forth

Air conditioning blowing only highest setting but HOT air

Sounds like your freon has leaked out and your heater blower resistor is burned out. Deffinitly take this to the dealer.

Wont no water to empty or drain

Either the unit is really dirty or it is low on refrigerant. A unit tha is low on refrigerant will start off cold and withing a few minutes, start warming up. If you aren't seeing any water its because of one or both causes listed.

Blowing hot air

Water in the pan is normal, this is the humidity removed from your space. Pan must be emptied regularly. If the unit shuts down after 15 minutes, you may have a blocked hot air duct. Make sure it is flowing freely. This includes makeup air from outside the room to replace that blown outside by the AC.
