it costs 12 bucks for the plug and wiring harness at wall mart for chryler/ jeep.with the wiring harness instructions are on or in the package.u will need the plug if you are useing the factory speakers and factory wiring in jeep for power.if not just copy the instructions off the package.it will give you all you need to know, just match them up.and you should be all set/MAKE SURE YOU RECHECK ALL WIRING 2 OR 3 TIMES BEFORE PLUGING IN.
If you have a female harness to connect to the veicle side you will pretty much color match. The only exception is that you may only have an amp turn on wire but only a power antenna on the vehicle. In this case you would connect blue w/white stripe wire from radio harness to the blue antenna wire on the vehicle side.
If you are doing a hardwire (factory plug has been cut off) you can obtain a wiring code for your vehicle at www.the12volt.com for most vehicles.

I'LL MAKE THIS VERY EASY FOR YOU, IT WILL ONLY COST YOU ABOUT $25 MAYBE LESS. JUST GET A WIRE HARNESS FOR YOUR CAR, PEPBOYS OR ANY AUTO STORE, JUST TELL THEM THE YEAR AND THE MAKE OF YOUR CAR AND YOU WILL BE SET, THE WIRING IS COLOR CODED, MAKE SURE THE HARNESS CONNECTS TO YOUR FACTORY HARNESS.
