Seriously,after a freindspent a lot of time trying to thread the 634D,and she knows overlockers,I'm convinced its a waste of time,despite the fact that it is fixable and still in good working order,I have seen how uncomplicated her singer overlocker is and much easier to use in every way, So I have resolved to buy one, which means my problem with the 634D is solved..Thank you anyway.. this very same thing happened to my flat machine turned out to be a piec of material jammed in the workings also wrong oil used or it might be thread jammed try and see
