That is usually indicative that the internal storage battery has failed, or perhaps the control and management boards. Contact them direct.

It sounds like the battery is dead, and not accepting/holding a charge. it sounds like it needs to be replaced.

Doesn´t matter the miles runned.
The battery is too old. chemicals inside are not capable to hold Current(Amperes).
Yo must change the Battery by a New one with the same parameters. (Volts,Amps, Size.)
2008 from now it´s too much time for a Battery, even unused.

try jumpering the battery directly to the motor and see if that works, first

Check the wiring from the controller to the motor, disconnect the wire ad clean the connections with a contact cleaner or WD40 , and make sure the scooter not in freewheel mode.

possible solution, I have had this problem recently ,it was a Aquasoothe scooter,Both batteries were not accepting charge. Had been installed 2yrs replaced back to normal

try borrowing a charger from a friend or neighbor to charge your scooter If it charges the batteries then your charger is bad if it doesn't charge your batteries then the batteries are bad Hope this helps

hi, now that could be one of three problems,

1. first check the charger ,is it possible to try the charger on another scooter ?
2. The batteries will no longer accept a charge ,this creates a fault condition with the charger. (try these batteries on another scooter if possible).
3. the actual charger plug in, you need to check the pins here , just the outside ones with a electrical meter, no voltage implies a bad connection to the batteries.

The rechargeable batteries are no good or a connection in the battery holder is loose.

Please make sure you FREEWHELL lever located at the rear is in drive mode, if you can push it, move the level.
