Changing language from chines to english for HTC P3450

Hi vivipicken! I'm pretty sure that if you cannot change the language in the settings of the phone, you would have to flash another ROM onto the phone in order to get another language. There is a great forum dedicated to modifications of smartphones: XDA developers. It has a section focusing on the touch P3450: Here I had the touch once, and once I flashed another ROM it gave me so much more functionality to the phone, it's ridiculous ! :D Hope it helps!

Wow I am so sorry to tell you that searching all the manuals it appears that the phone is made in language specific models and as far as I can tell it can’t be changed! I hope I am wrong but I have looked at the US, Europe, and Worldwide HTC sites and that was spelled out clearly the phone is made language specific. Good Luck

Go to start, touch, the touch settings, then touch system, then touch regional settings. change the language required, preferably english(UK) or english(USA). This should solve your problem.

you'll have to install a different rom, in fact a WWE one, it stands for world wide english. head on over to www.xda-developers.com and look in the htc elf topic, don't forget to jump-spl the phone before flashing a different rom
