Question about Yes YDV-325 Flash Media Camcorder
Camcorder does not function. LCD self-diagnosis reads C32:10. Can't remove the cassette to insert again; have also disconnected mains lead and re-connected, but no response. Help!
Taking off the battery and reattaching it is a simply way to reset the camera - if the error comes back, then you have to repair it basically. The C32:10 gives the technician an indication that the problem is a mechanical issue, which explains why the camera won't open properly. If you can see some mechanical thing wrong that you can fix, go for it. Otherwise, http://www.videoonerepair.com will give you a free estimate if you send them the camera.
